Responsibilities:
The application developer will be heavily involved in the team's quantitative research process. It will be a key role in assisting a team of investment analysts in financial modeling, back-testing mathematical algorithms, and simulating quantitative trading strategies. Potential projects may include the development and management of financial databases, and the quantitative framework for supporting the securities portfolio construction process. Support users in software and hardware problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or similar disciplines.
- Participate in database design and implementation.
- Knowledge of C++ or Java or .Net or PHP is desirable.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and VBA is preferred.
- Quantitative and analytical mindset.
- Knowledge in Statistics or Finance is desirable but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
